Pricing:

Prices are $0.50/tip for MP3 format, or $10.00/cassette. I assume 8 tips will fit on each cassette tape. Shipping is FREE. Note that some older dances (mostly from some old cassette tapes I aquired) cost less than the above for MP3 format. These older dances may have somewhat less audio quality, and may include some incomplete tips, either cut short because the tape ran out while recording, or missing some calls at the beginning because the tape recorder did not get started in time. I cannot fix these types of errors. Nevertheless, these older dances contain interesting historical material. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to discount the cost of these dances when ordered on cassette tapes.

Formats available:

Recordings are available in MP3 format, or on cassette tapes. The usual delivery method for MP3 files is electronic download from my web site. I email you a link to a page where you can download a single ZIP file for your order. You then extract the ZIP file to get all your MP3s. I can also email MP3 files for very small orders, or mail the files on a CD. Please email me if you want MP3 files emailed or mailed on a CD.

Payment methods:

You may pay online using my shopping cart and secure Square payment system with most major credit cards. If you wish to pay by another method (PayPal, check, etc.) I have a link to click which will send me your shopping cart contents. Then you can send me a payment by PayPal, or mail me a check. Email me when you mail a check. I ship orders when you confirm that the check has been mailed. I also accept orders by mail. Simply tell me what dance(s) you want, and what format you would like (MP3 or cassette tape). Mp3 orders usually ship the next day. Cassette tape orders take longer to process. Questions and Answers

Q) What is meant by the notation "+singing" that I see by some of the tips on the individual tip order forms?
A) It means the caller did both a patter call and a singing call in that tip. I provide both the patter and singing call when you order one of these tips.
Q) Can I really order any tips I want? Can I select the sessions, callers, etc.?
A) Yes! Since all master recordings were done digitally on computer, I can easily select the tips to copy. Cassette tapes are recorded directly off the computer. Copying MP3 files is even easier.
Q) When I order selected tips online, I see a very strange item number in the shopping cart. What is it?
A) The item number for selected tips tells me exactly which tips were selected. Don't worry about it, I know what to do with it.
Q) Why are the MP3 files so much cheaper than the cassette tapes?
A) Because the media (blank CD's) is so incredibly cheap (the postage costs more than the CD). Burning MP3 files onto a CD is also MUCH faster than recording cassette tapes.
Q) How many MP3 files will fit on one CD.
A) About 300, more or less (compared to 8 tips on a cassette). The entire AACE weekend (all levels) fits easily on 2 CD's with room to spare.
Q) What about minidisc (MD) media? Why isn't it available?
A) If there is enough demand, I will purchase an MD recorder and make MD's available. I just don't have one right now.
